1. Erasmus+ KA2 - “Lets’s meet in the cultural and spiritual places”
Το βασικό θέμα του προγράμματός μας είναι να αναδείξουμε ότι οι πολιτισμικές διαφορές είναι ουσιαστικά πολιτισμικός πλούτος. Οι δραστηριότητες του προγράμματος περιλαμβάνουν επισκέψεις σε ιστορικούς θρησκευτικούς χώρους (τζαμιά, συναγωγές , εκκλησίες), μελετώντας γλωσσικά αλλά και καλλιτεχνικά αρχιτεκτονικά στοιχεία που αναδεικνύουν τον πολιτισμικό πλούτο. Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι να αναπτυχθούν ιδέες όπως η δημοκρατία και η πολυπολιστισμικότητα σε αντίθεση με την ισλαμοφοβία, τον αντισημιτισμό και τον εθνικισμό.
Στο πρόγραμμα συμμετέχουν μαθητές 15-18 ετών και πραγματοποιούνται 4 ανταλλαγές μαθητών διάρκειας μιας εβδομάδας στην Τραπεζούντα, την Αιρόλα, την Κόρδοβα και το Κορωπί. Έχουν προβλεφθεί επίσης δύο διεθνικές συναντήσεις μεταξύ των καθηγητών που συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα, μια στην Τραπεζούντα και μια στη Σιένα για το σχεδιασμό και το συντονισμό των δραστηριοτήτων του προγράμματος. Το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει συνολικά πάνω από 100 μετακινήσεις μαθητών και εκπαιδευτικών.
Όλες οι εργασίες έχουν κατανεμηθεί ισόποσα στους εταίρους. Κάθε οργανισμός που συμμετέχει στο πρόγραμμα είναι υπεύθυνος να ακολουθεί και αξιολογεί τονσχεδιασμό δραστηριοτήτων που έχει συμφωνηθεί. Το σχολείο της Τουρκίας, Arsin Anatolian Imam Hatip High School , έχει αναλάβει τον συντονισμό του προγράμματος. Η επικοινωνία μεταξύ των σχολείων γίνεται μέσω κοινωνικών δικτύων, ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου, eTwinning και της ιστοσελίδας του προγράμματος.
Στα αποτελέσματα του προγράμματος περιλαμβάνονται η δημιουργία πολιτιστικής σχολικής εφημερίδας και ιστοσελίδας του προγράμματος, εκθέσεις φωτογραφίας, δημοσκοπήσεις, τηλεδιασκέψεις, δημιουργία DVDs και booklets, η παραγωγή μιας διαφημιστικής ταινίας και οργάνωση σεμιναρίων.

Erasmus+ KA2 - “Lets’s meet in the cultural and spiritual places”
Our project “Let’s Meet in Cultural anad Spiritual Places ” represents a Strategic Partnership for Schools Only from Key Action 2 of the Erasmus+ Program, planned to last 24 months.
Countries and their cities in our project are TURKEY(Trabzon/Arsin), GREECE( Athens /Koropi),
ITALY (Siena-Colle di Val d’Elsa) SPAIN (Cordoba) ITALY(Naples-Airola). Our project contains
four »Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils»activities and two »Transnational project meetings»
in total.
The main topic of our project is to reveal that differences are cultural richness. Cultural activities
include visitation of the historic synagogue mosque churches, linguistic and artistic architecture and
several elements reflecting cultural richness. We present a social project for development concepts of
the democracy, leniency and multiculturalism instead of the some concepts such as islamophobia,
antisemitism and ethnic nationalism. Communication with universities and civil society organizations,
local and national media promotions will have a different meaning at EU level. Our project consists of
14-18 year old students. Each »Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils»mobility includes two times a
quota of 4 pupils, 1teacher (Trabzon and Airola) and two times a quota of 6 pupils 2 teachers (Cordoba
and Greece) in total with equally distributed to the schools. Each »Short-term exchanges of groups of
pupils»mobility includes 6 days in total. Transnational project meetings held yearly, will be done in
Turkey/Trabzon and Italy/Siena in the begnning of the project. A total number of 2 teachers from each
school will attend this mobility. Our project contains 94 mobility in total. Common organizations will
try to include and provide interest with the project to the immigrants, rural migrants and the students
who have some financial problems and special requirement. All tasks related to our project were
distributed. Each organization is responsible for following, evaluating and also applying to the
particular action plan. The contact person of the project in each school is responsible for his own
school. Turkey Arsin Anatolian Imam Hatip High School is general responsible coordinator. Schools
will be in constant communication and performance with video conferences, eTwinning, facebook,
project web page, e-mail and whatsapp.
In the project mobility, it is one of the substantial concrete outputs of our project to publish the school
culture newspaper, to make a webpage of the project, to make photo exhibitions, to conduct polls, to
make video conferences, to prepare project DVDs and booklet, to design and make the mock-ups , to
produce an advertising film and organize seminars and cultural excursions. Polls, brochures, circulars
and posters to be applied will increase the effectiveness of our project. Our project has also the
potential to affect regional, territorial and Europe-wide for the project schools.
2. Erasmus K2+ “Atnibullying and Antidiscrimination Strategies”
Το πρόγραμμα βασίζεται στην κλιμάκωση της βίας στα σχολεία και της ραγδαίας ανάπτυξης του
εκφοβισμού και των διακρίσεων καθώς και της πολυπλοκότητας που αυτά τα φαινόμενα αποκτούν
εξαιτίας της χρήσης του διαδικτύου. Παράλληλα οι καθηγητές και οι γονείς πρέπει να αντιμετωπίσουν
καταστάσεις τις οποίες δεν γνωρίζουν και δεν είναι κατάλληλα προετοιμασμένοι. Σκοπός του
προγράμματος είναι να δημιουργηθεί ένα ολοκληρωμένο πλαίσιο ενάντια στον εκφοβισμό σε
ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο . Και ο πρωταρχικός σκοπός είναι προετοιμασία του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού για να
μπορέσει να αναπτύξει και να υλοποιήσει στρατηγικές κατά του εκφοβισμού.
Σκοπός του προγράμματος είναι:
1. να αναπτυχθεί μια πολιτική κατά του εκφοβισμού στα σχολεία που συμμετέχουν
2. να ευαισθητοποιηθούν περισσότερο οι εκπαιδευτικοί, οι γονείς και οι μαθητές για τα φαινόμενα του
εκφοβισμού και των διακρίσεων
3.παρέχει πληροφορίες , βοήθεια και υποστήριξη για τους καθηγητές, διευθυντές και συμβούλους
κάθε σχολείου που συμμετέχει για να μπορέσουν να αντιμετωπίσουν καλύτερα τα φαινόμενα αυτά
4.Παρέχει ψυχοσυναισθηματική στήριξη σε θύματα , θύτες και μάρτυρες.
5. να αναπτυχθεί ένα μοντέλο από δραστηριότητες για την πρόληψη των φαινομένων αυτών
Οι δραστηριότητες που θα μας βοηθήσουν στους στόχους αυτούς περιλαμβάνουν τη συμμετοχή
θυμάτων εκφοβισμού για να τους δοθεί η ευκαιρία να ανακτήσουν την αυτοεκτίμησή τους και να
διαδώσουν κοινωνικές συμπεριφορές. Η επικοινωνία με μαθητές από άλλες χώρες θα τους δώσουν την
ευκαιρία να παρατηρήσουν και αναλύσουν πώς συμπεριφέρονται και θα έχει θετικό αντίκτυπο στη
ζωή τους. Έτσι θα δημιουργηθεί μια ομάδα ικανή να ανταλλάξει και μοιραστεί ιδέες, εμπειρίες και
προβληματισμούς σχετικά με τα φαινόμενα του εκφοβισμού και των διακρίσεων.
Τα αποτελέσματα του προγράμματος αναμένεται να επηρεάσουν περίπου 4500 ανθρώπους και από τις
6 χώρες που συμμετέχουν και περιλαμβάνουν: ομάδες εργασίας για μαθητές, εκπαιδευτικούς και
γονείς, σεμινάρια για εκπαιδευτικούς , ενημέρωση των μαθητών κάθε σχολείου για το φαινόμενο του
εκφοβισμού, προετοιμασία διαμεσολαβητών, εβδομάδα κατά του εκφοβισμού σε κάθε σχολείο,
διανομή σχετικών CDs στα σχολεία που συμμετέχουν με όλο το υλικό του προγράμματος, σχετικές
καμπάνιες (flash mob and Forum Theater), διανομή ενημερωτικών φυλλαδίων, αφισών και t-shirts με
μηνύματα κατά του εκφοβισμού.

Erasmus K2+ “Atnibullying and Antidiscrimination Strategies”
The context in which we developed this project is based on escalating the violence and the aggression
in schools, on the very rapid appearance and development of bullying and discrimination, on the
complication and amplification of all these phenomena by the internet that gives bullying and
discrimination other dimensions. In the same context, teachers and parents have to put up with
situations for which they do not have a repertoire of approaches, they do not recognize bullying and
cannot build strategies for prevention and control. Creating an integrated framework against bullying
at European level. And in this context, the most important aspect is the preparation of human
resources, the only one able to develop and implement anti-bullying strategies.
The project Anti-bullying and Anti-discrimination Strategies (SABAD) aims through strategic
partnership, to identify innovative integrated approaches of diversity, to develop social and civic
skills of 100 students, 20 teachers and 20 parents from each school participating in the project in order
to recognize and prevent the bullying phenomenon.
The project aims to:
1. Develop an anti-bulling school policy, depending on the problems they confront themselves with,
2. Increase the degree of awareness among students, teachers and parents about bullying and
discrimination phenomena
3. Provide information, help and support for teachers, counselors, principals of each school
participating in the project to respond appropriately to bullying,
4. Provide psycho-emotional support for actor students involved in types of bully behavior (bullies,
victims or witnesses)
5. Develop model activities in order to prevent all kinds of bully behaviors
The project lasts for a period of two years (2017-2019) and has as partners Álfhólsskóli School from
Kópavogur ,Iceland, Colegio Cooperativa Mirasur from Pinto, Spain, Ogólnokształcące Liceum im.
Zygmunt Krasinskiego, W Ciechanow – Poland, Koropiou Gel School from Greece and Erdem
Bayazit Anadolu Lisesi from Ankara, Turkey.
The activities that will help us achieve the objectives of this project will include current and former
victims of bullying (either in the role of aggressor, victim or witness) in order to give them a chance to
regain self-esteem and become sources of disseminating pro-social behaviors. Contact with students
from other countries will allow them to observe and analyze how they behave, learn, how they relate to
both discrimination and aggression, that will have a positive impact on their lives. These students
could become a group of cohesion, being able to share ideas, experiences and concerns in a group
online that they will create it themselves.
The impact we expect concerns over 4,500 people in 6 countries. Impact is materialized in
information sessions, workshops anti-bullying for pupils, teachers and parents, training sessions for
teachers, students in the school informed on the bullying phenomenon, students trained and prepared to get involved as mediators and cyber-bullying mentors, activity -events in the Anti-bullying Week, CDs distributed to our colleagues from other schools, containing all developed materials concerning the project, one informative campaign in the community (flash mob and Forum Theater), distributed leaflets, posters with anti-bullying messages, T-shirts, printed with anti-bullying messages. The procedures, practices and materials developed in the project could be turned into policies at the level of several schools in the countries involved in the project.
